Link-Live: How is my data secured in Link-Live?

NetAlly® takes a multi-layered approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and trust. Secure data centers, disaster recovery, data backups, security assessments, strong encryption, around the clock monitoring, third party assessments, and industry best practices are all parts of Link-Live Cloud Service. All data connections to the Link-Live cloud are secured using HTTPS, the mechanism used by all modern secure websites including banks, and even Google.  User passwords are one-way encrypted prior to being stored on our servers and cannot be decrypted even if the servers were compromised.

If certain details of the network under test such as internal IP addresses for switches or routers are especially sensitive and you do not want these to be stored in any form on our servers, even for your own diagnostic use, you may select types of IP addresses that you do not wish to have stored. These configuration options are accessed in the Link-Live Cloud Service. Drilldown to Settings, then Manage Organizations. Click the Edit icon on the far right of the organization you want to modify.
